Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment we only ship within the UK.
How can I track my order?
You can track your package at any time on our Track Your Order page or directly through the carrier’s website.
My tracking hasn’t updated, what should I do?
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. Please wait a short time before checking again.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can occasionally happen due to courier or seasonal demand. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us for support.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
